GHS / CLP: REGULATION (EC) No 1272/2008 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL on classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures. This comprises harmonised criteria on the hazardous nature of chemical substances that must be classified and labelled in the European Union. Compliance with this regulation is compulsory for manufacturers and importers of chemical substances and mixtures.
